2014 is a Soft Wood year which holds the energy signature of “persistent wind”. It's a reminder to pay attention to the air quality within our homes. With heavy metal toxicity from geo engineering and radiation fallout from Fukushima is now more important than ever to cleanse the air in our homes. Our lungs are a filtering system that is struggling to keep up with the daily onslaught of synthetic chemicals, heavy metals, viruses, radiation and other environmental contaminates. Although there is little we can do about the air quality outside in the world, there are some measures we can take to improve the air we breathe inside our homes and offices, even cars. Clear the air to breathe easier!
Clean air vents and change filters.
Remedy any mold or mildew.
Switch to natural household cleaning products.
Sweep, vacuum and dust daily.
Wipe down all surfaces - countertops, desks, tables, ceilings, floors and walls.
Plug in Himalayan salt crystal lamps.
Purchase a high quality air purifier.
Place low maintenance trees and plants in each room.
Invest in an aromatherapy diffuser and some citrus essential oils.
Spritz pure water with essential oils like frankincense throughout each room.
Clear spaces with Palo Santo.
Eliminate synthetic chemical use by throwing out commercial cleaning products and air fresheners.
Switch to non-toxic lead free candles.
Open doors and windows daily to allow for better circulation and let in sunlight.
