Booking Policy

Payment in full is required at the time of booking your session. Your session will not be added to my schedule until your payment is received.

Payment Policy

I accept payments for services, guides and offerings via Zelle and Venmo.

Monthly Session Policy

Monthly Reiki Membership and monthly coaching session rates are offered to clients who intend to receive distance energy healing or coaching on a monthly basis.

Clients who have signed up for monthly sessions to get the monthly rate and then cancelled the following month will no longer be eligible for monthly memberships.

To receive a discount on your monthly coaching or distance Reiki session, you are responsible for setting up an automatic monthly payment via Zelle for the 1st of the month.

You are also responsible for contacting me to schedule your monthly session within the calendar month.

You are also responsible for communicating your intention to discontinue or reduce the number of your monthly sessions 30 days before canceling the automatic payment.

Cancellation Policy

You are responsible for cancelling your session at least 48 hours in advance of your session.

When you cancel in a timely manner, you are welcome to reschedule your session.

All appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled session will be charged full price and forfeit a credit for the same or another service or offering.

Termination Policy

A failure to properly communicate with me will result in the termination of my professional services and our business relationship. Non-communication will not be tolerated.

Clients who repeatedly miss or cancel their appointments within 48 hours of the session time will no longer be allowed to book coaching or energy healing sessions that are conducted at a scheduled date and time.

Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT provided for ANY reason. No exceptions.

In some cases a credit may be applied to your account to be used in the future for the same or another session or offering. These credits are offered solely at my discretion. You may not expect or request a credit.

An account credit must be used within 6 months from the date of payment. You are responsible for contacting me to book a session using your credit.

Credits are non-transferable and may not be gifted to someone else.
