We are just days away from the official start date of the new Hard Metal year.
Of course, it's important to prepare your home for the new energies. If you haven't already, go get your copy of my 2021 Annual DIY Feng Shui Guide. It's important to get your remedies and enhancements in place by February 4th.
But what about YOU? How do YOU prepare yourself for the new year? How do you feng shui yourself?
The first step is to review and release the previous year. And the best way to to that is to write a thank you letter to 2020.
Yes! A Thank You letter.
I like to use a bullet journal for this annual gratitude practice.
Don't just read this blog. Actually, get out a notebook or journal and take the time to do it. Right NOW! Or, in the morning. But soon!
Look at each area of your life: Work/Career/Business, Relationships, Family, Health, Knowledge & Wisdom, Wealth & Success, Self-Development, Personal Wellbeing
Dear 2020,
Thank you for:
Teaching me
Showing me
Allowing me

More free time to write my book or start my online business

The opportunity to pivot in my business

I release:
Any limiting beliefs or low vibe emotions
All toxic energy in my life or relationships
Any excess body fat or dis-ease
Next, set some intentions for your self, life, home, work/career/business, money, passion projects and relationships.
I intend to:
Read daily
Do my Favorite Things weekly
Finish writing my book
Create a new stream of income
Find ways to contribute my unique offering to more people
Get my home feng shui'd
Connect with my soul family
Fall in love
I desire:
To feel
To connect with
To create
To manifest
To give
To receive
To contribute
To be/embody
To do
To have more
I will honor my needs by:
Use these journaling prompts to help you review and release 2020 and set intentions for the year ahead.
