LESSON three
Pendulum Work
This week, you’ll be learning how to use a pendulum. The pendulum and dowsing charts can be an awesome tool for some people. You can use the pendulum alone or with the chart. I recommend using a metal pendulum as crystals are easily programmed. See the Mastering the Pendulum Guide and Pendulum Dowsing Chart linked below.
You’ll also be practicing a new method for accessing your intuition. In addition to muscle testing and working with a pendulum, it’s good to develop your inner knowing of what’s true by noticing the subtle energy shifts in your body. Access Consciousness has a great tool for this called, light and heavy.
Assignment 1
Work with your pendulum, asking yes or no questions.
Work with a dowsing chart. Find one you like, make your own or use the one linked below.

Assignment 3
Continue to practice clearing stored/trapped/inherited/heart wall emotions on yourself.
