Dara Eden is an experienced feng shui consultant and personal element expert. She practices classical feng shui and offers consultation services to clients worldwide, both in person and remotely. Environmental Feng Shui
Inner Chi Feng Shui Consultations are distinct in that Ms. Eden shares her step by step approach to feng shui’ing living and working spaces. The how-tos of feng shui. The what, the where, the when, the for whom, and most importantly, the why. No myths, magic or mystery. Just feng shui facts. No superstitions, religion or secrecy. Just feng shui simplified. No Chinese culture, characters or language. Just feng shui terms, clearly defined. No China shop trinkets or Black Hat cures. Just the proper placement of what you already have or the addition of a few items selected to complement your personal style.
Over the course of two on-site consultations or phone calls and video chats, Ms. Eden teaches the basic tenets of feng shui. Clients learn about the feng shui principles of the Yin/Yang Theory, The Five Elements, the Three Cycles, the East/West House Groups and The 8 Elements. They are gifted the Personal Element Profiles for each member of their family or business. Then, they are provided with a Property Evaluation based on the Form School and Location Feng Shui that includes remedies for Sha Chi, 20 Year Cycle Remedies & Enhancements and Western Feng Shui Enhancements. Next, Eastern Energy Blueprints are created from the results of calculations made from an accurate compass reading and a precise construction date. Ms. Eden "runs the numbers" based on the Compass School and Flying Stars feng shui. The detailed Feng Shui Report provides valuable information and insight into the unseen energy captured inside the building at the time the foundation was laid and the roof was installed. Clients learn about their home’s unique personality and how to unlock its hidden potential. They are provided with a Summary & Checklist with directions about how to feng shui their space in a way that honors the personal energy of each occupant. That’s when the real feng shui’ing can begin!
Clients are encouraged to prepare the environment by cleaning, clearing and cleansing with Common Sense feng shui. Then, they learn about the Flow of Chi and Art of Placement, put belongings away and move furniture to honor Personal Peace & Power Directions. Finally, they are ready to balance the seen and unseen energy by layering in the recommended remedies and enhancements:

Personal Feng Shui
As an expert in The 8 Elements, Ms. Eden shares her knowledge of her clients’ unique personal energy. First, they discover their personal element’s four Best Directions. Then, they begin to understand how to support their energy through the Three Cycles with colors, shapes and natural elements. Next, they are introduced to the 8 Aspects of their personal element: Archetype, Yin/Yang energy, East/West House, Human Expression, Human Body, Human Stage of Development, Completion Number and Life Center. They learn about their strengths and weaknesses, values and needs, purpose and presence, traits and tastes, dominant emotions and distinguishing features, vocations and vocabulary. Once they have mastered honoring their own personal energy, they can begin a study of the other personal elements and apply what they have learned to understanding the Relationship Dynamics between the personal elements in their life at home and at work.
Inner Chi Feng Shui Reports are customized according to the clients’ personal element, determined by their birth date and gender. Special attention is paid to supporting their energy through natural elements, colors, patterns, shapes and numbers. Clients are encouraged to spend time in their personal element’s best directions by evaluating their Use of Rooms and adjusting their use of space. Once they have created a balanced and personalized space, they are ready to invite people and opportunities into their experience by setting their intentions.
Intentional Feng Shui
There are three applications of Intentional Feng Shui. The first is to symbolically represent or energetically claim that an important remedy and/or enhancement has been installed in a space when the physical element or feature cannot be added or removed. This is done through miniatures, artistic representations (pictures, photographs, paintings, sculpture), written statements or affirmations. The second application is for each person to set intentions for what they would like to experience or enjoy next as if they had just received it. This is done through Vision Baguas, a Blessing Box or handwritten intentions placed in Personal Element Best Directions and/or Western Feng Shui Life Centers. The third application of Intentional Feng Shui is to be very intentional about the selection and placement of personal items. This includes hanging wall art, placing your personal Wealth Bowl and displaying other personal items in appropriate rooms and spaces.
Once intentions have been set, the client is advised to perform a simple Space Clearing and Blessing Ceremony in their newly feng shui’d space. Keeping a Feng Shui Journal about the changes made, the date they are made and the events that follow is highly recommended. Ongoing guidance via phone and email are provided through the end of the Chinese New Year.
